“Triple Self-Portait”

Though the comic covers below are clearly inspired by Rockwell’s iconic “Triple Self-Portrait,” we must note that not all of the homages/parodies below are self-portraits. Yet the inspiration is clearly evident by the posture of the artist, the large canvas, the artist’s stool, the trash bin at the artist’s feet, and often the white or otherwise light and empty background.

We look forward to seeing and posting more of these covers which homage or even parody the parody that is Norman Rockwell’s “Triple Self-Portrait.”
